You may use our platform if you are 16 or older. Learners under 18 should enrol with the consent of a parent or guardian.

Your account is for you alone — please don’t share your password, your video access, or your assessment login with anyone else.

When you enrol in a programme you get access to its lessons, live classes (where included), assignments, mentor support and placement assistance as described on its course page.

Fees, once paid, are non-refundable. Please review our Enrolment & Refund Policy carefully before paying.

All course videos, study materials, assignments, assessments, quizzes and templates are the intellectual property of Analytics Learners (or our licensors). They are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not record, download, redistribute, upload or share our content outside the platform. Doing so will result in immediate suspension and may lead to legal action.

Be kind to your peers, faculty and our team. We do not tolerate harassment, hate speech, plagiarism, cheating in assessments, or attempts to attack the platform.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice.

Certificates are issued upon passing the final certification exam (60% or above). Each certificate carries a unique verification code that anyone can verify on our website.

Misrepresenting a certificate or claiming credentials you have not earned will lead to revocation.

Live sessions may be recorded for the benefit of all enrolled learners. By attending you consent to that recording.

Recordings are available within your dashboard during your access period and are not for external distribution.

We work hard to deliver excellent education and career support, but we cannot guarantee job placement or specific salary outcomes — those depend on your effort, market conditions and many factors beyond our control.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranty that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Analytics Learners and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform.

By accessing and using analyticslearners.com, you agree to comply with these terms. The information provided on this website is for general educational and analytics-related purposes only.

By submitting your contact details — through any enquiry form, brochure download, newsletter sign-up, registration, enrolment or live chat — you consent to receive communications from Analytics Learners via RCS, SMS, WhatsApp, email, phone calls, push notifications, or other electronic channels for class reminders, batch updates, programme announcements, payment confirmations, assessment notifications, placement updates and service-related notifications.

You may opt out of non-essential (marketing / promotional) communications at any time by replying "STOP" to messages, clicking the unsubscribe link in any email, or by writing to support@analyticslearners.com. Operational and service-related messages (e.g. class joining links, payment receipts, certificate issuance) will continue while your enrolment is active.

Users agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content, or impersonate other users. Analytics Learners reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice; continued use of the website indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you by email or in-app message.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mohali, Punjab.
