We collect information you give us when you enrol, sign up, attend a class or contact us: your name, email, phone, country, education and career details, and payment information when you buy a course.

We also collect technical information automatically — device, browser, IP address, pages visited and learning activity (lessons watched, quizzes attempted, assignments submitted) — to improve our courses and our platform.

To deliver your learning experience: provide course access, run live classes, track progress, issue certificates, and offer placement support.

To communicate with you about your course, schedule, assessments, results, certificates, and important updates. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link.

To improve the platform — for example, by understanding which lessons help the most learners and which need work.

Your account is protected by Firebase Authentication. Payment data is handled by PCI-compliant gateways (Razorpay / Stripe) — we do not store card numbers on our servers.

All traffic to our site is encrypted with HTTPS. Sensitive admin data is access-controlled with role-based permissions and database security rules.

We rate-limit public endpoints, restrict embedded videos to signed time-limited URLs, and continuously monitor for unusual activity.

We share data only with the service providers required to run the platform — payment gateways, email delivery, video streaming, analytics and customer support tools — under strict data-protection terms.

We may share information with hiring partners (with your consent) when you opt into placement support. We never sell your personal information.

If required by law or to protect our rights, we may disclose information to authorities.

You can update your profile or change your communication preferences from your Settings page any time.

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or request deletion by writing to support@analyticslearners.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Cookies: essential cookies keep you signed in. Analytics cookies help us improve the experience — you can disable them through your browser.

Our programmes are designed for learners aged 16 and above. Learners under 18 should enrol with the consent of a parent or guardian.

Analytics Learners respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. When you use our website (analyticslearners.com) or provide your contact details, we may collect information such as your name, mobile number, email address, education / career background and service-related details to deliver our learning programmes, respond to enquiries, support enrolled students, run live classes and certifications, and send important updates.

By sharing your contact information and opting in, you consent to receive communications from us via RCS, SMS, WhatsApp, email, phone calls, push notifications, or other electronic communication channels for purposes including but not limited to: enrolment confirmations, class joining links, live-class reminders, batch updates, assessment notifications, certificate issuance, payment receipts, placement alerts and important service notifications.

You may opt out of promotional or non-essential communications at any time by replying "STOP" to messages, clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, updating your preferences in Settings → Notifications, or by contacting us directly at support@analyticslearners.com. Transactional / service messages (class joining links, payment receipts, certificate issuance, batch changes) continue while your enrolment is active so we can deliver the service you signed up for.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We only share data with authorised service providers (payment gateways, video hosting, email / SMS / WhatsApp delivery partners, cloud infrastructure, placement partners you opt into) strictly as necessary to deliver our services or comply with legal requirements. All sharing is governed by data-processing agreements.

We implement reasonable administrative, organisational and technical safeguards (encrypted transport, role-based access controls, rate-limited public endpoints, signed and expiring video tokens, default-deny database rules) to protect your information and retain it only for as long as required for operational, educational or legal purposes.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you by email or in-app message.
